At Livin’Valencia, our Active Price Negotiation service is designed for buyers who prefer to search for properties on their own but want expert guidance once they’ve found a potential match. We step in to handle the critical part: negotiating price, reviewing legal details, and coordinating the buying process.
There are two ways we can assist:
Option 1 – Full Coordination
You find the property, and we take it from there. We reach out to the agent or seller on your behalf, coordinate all communications, and manage the entire negotiation — including both the property price and, where possible, the agency fee. This ensures we fully represent you, without conflict of interest, from first contact to final signing.
Option 2 – Standalone Negotiation Support
You’ve already contacted the seller or agency directly. In this case, we provide strategic support: reviewing legal aspects, helping define your offer, and advising on negotiation tactics. However, as you are already considered the agency’s client, we will not be able to intervene on their commission — which in Valencia city and suburbs can reach up to 4%.
In both cases, we act as your independent advisor, offering objective guidance, full transparency, and no ties to sellers or agencies.
