When we first arrived in Valencia in 2011, we were full of excitement — and more than a little overwhelmed. We had to figure out everything step by step: navigating the rental market in fast-flowing Spanish, setting up padrón and NIE appointments, comparing schools, buying our first home, and surviving our first renovation that genuinely tested both our patience and our budget.
What began as a personal journey of trial and error slowly became something more. Friends started asking us for advice, then friends of friends. We realised that the experience we’d lived — both the challenges and the lessons — could make the path far clearer for others.
That’s how Livin’Valencia was born. Not from theory. From real life.

From the beginning, we wanted to be different. No commissions from sellers. No hidden agendas. Just one simple promise: we work for you, and only you, on a clear fixed fee. That independence means we can scan the full market, highlight risks as well as opportunities, and help you make decisions with confidence.
Behind us stands a network of trusted professionals – lawyers, mortgage brokers, architects, and more – but we remain fully independent. Our role is to be your steady point of reference, translating complexity into clarity and ensuring each step is fact-checked before you move forward.
