Client Profile

The client was a young couple, in their mid-twenties, looking for an apartment to buy in the center of Valencia. They were moving to the city due to a job opportunity and had a limited time frame to find a suitable apartment that met their needs and preferences. They wanted to be close to their workplace and also have easy access to public transport, as they did not have a car.

Challenges

The couple had only 1 week to find an apartment that met all their requirements. They needed to start their search during the weekend, which meant that some of the property management offices would be closed. Moreover, since they were new to Valencia, they were unfamiliar with the different neighborhoods and areas of the city.

Solution

To help the clients, we provided them with a personalized tour of the city, including a brief orientation of the different neighborhoods and areas of Valencia. This helped them understand which areas would be best suited for their lifestyle and preferences. We also provided them with a list of apartments to visit with them.

On the next 2 days, we visited several apartments that met the client’s requirements. We were able to narrow down the search to three potential properties. 

We then scheduled a second visit to the three properties the next day, which allowed the clients to get a better feel for each apartment and neighborhood. They were able to ask questions and discuss any concerns they had with us.

After visiting the three properties, the couple was able to make a decision on their preferred apartment. We then assisted them making an offer which was accepted within a week.

Result

By the end of the week, the clients were able to find a suitable apartment in a great location. They were happy with our services and were able to move into their new apartment in less than 3 months.
